Shipping Policy

The following clauses pertain to our Shipping Policy:

Order Delivery Time and Deadline:

Our shipping and handling time for standard orders is 5 to 7 business days and 10 to 12 business days for custom-made orders.

This implies that once your order gets confirmed, we need 5 to 7 business days (10 to 12 days in case of custom-made orders) to process it before we ship it to your mentioned shipping address.

We do not offer expedite / rush deliveries, if you are in a hurry to have the delivery; please do contact us at info@jjacket.com to get your estimated delivery date before placing your orders.

Information Needed For Order Delivery:

Always provide us your complete and accurate information in the checkout process. Impediment in your order shipment may be caused, if your provided information is found to be incomplete and/or inaccurate.

Do note that we do not ship over P. O. Boxes or PO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Always provide us your complete physical address to ship your orders to.

If for whatsoever reasons, the order does not get delivered

Our Courier Vendors:

We have been in alliance with world’s some of the most renowned courier vendors including DHL, FedEx, TNT, SkyNet and etc to deliver our orders. Despite having the best delivery capabilities; if in case you have to experience procrastination in the delivery, please have patience. We are always in continuous follow-up with our vendors.

Custom Clearance:

Since we sell / offer to sell high quality products, the custom authorities may levy additional duties and taxes over the parcel containing your order. Despite making our utmost efforts to emancipate your product from being levied with additional duties; if the custom authorizes charge with additional duties & taxes, you would be required to pay them. Have Your Delivery Reattempted:

If in case, the courier is not able to deliver your parcel to you because of your unavailability and/or any other reason, you shall be required to contact your local courier vendor for having the delivery reattempted / rescheduled.

Please note that the couriers keep the order on-hold, if the delivery comes back undelivered. If the customer does not contact them, after a considerable time passes; the couriers ship the order back to us and in that case you would be required to pay the shipping fees again.

Where Do We Make The Shipment Of Your Orders:

To become a Cost Leader in the industry and to offer the same benefit to our valued customers, we have our facilities located offshore and based upon the location from where you place the order, we opt to ship you your order.

Primarily, you may anticipate the shipment from USA, Europe, Middle East & Asia but shipment may also be made from any part of the world; so when you shop with us, you agree to accept your order shipped from any part of the world.
